Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders below £75.00: £4.95 delivery charge.
  • Orders of £75.00 or more: Free standard delivery.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time) on a working day are typically dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

While we aim to dispatch orders within these timeframes, dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during exceptionally busy periods.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For higher-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. Where a signature is required, delivery will be deemed complete when the parcel has been signed for at the delivery address provided at checkout.

Where tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, La Fragancia reserves the right to rely on such confirmation when investigating claims of non-receipt.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date.

La Fragancia shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, misdeliveries, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.

Where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in such circumstances.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost, you must notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We may require customers to cooperate with any courier investigation before a replacement or refund can be considered.
